Select the video clip in the timeline that we want to slow down, right-click and select Remapping Time from the context menu.

Select a part of your clip

In the Time Remapping window, scroll through the video to find out where you want to slow down the video. Click the Play button or drag the slider to the position you want and click the Mark W button and highlight button to select the part of the clip you want to work with. If you want to select the entire video clip, press the Select button at the beginning of the clip and the Select button at the end. The white line indicates the selected section of the clip. Note: The playback controls allow you to navigate to the original version of the clip.

Adjust the speed of your video clip

With the segment highlighted, click the Speed button and drag the slider to modify the video frame rate. Drag the slider to the right to slow down the video; drag left to slow down the video. If you want to make the speed change gradually, you can select the Speed up and Slow down check boxes. Note: Audio is removed when the speed of a clip is changed.
